Cariddi Rosato Terre Siciliane IGP Colosi

A rosé wine from Cantina Colosi, made from native grapes grown in Sicily. It has a vivid colour and a fragrant bouquet of small red fruits such as wild strawberries and cherries, with delicate floral notes and a hint of citrus. On the palate it is balanced and fresh, with lively acidity balancing a light but enveloping structure. It pairs well with fish dishes, summer appetisers and light first courses. Ageing in steel preserves its aromatic purity and territorial expression.
