Colosi Sicilia Grillo DOC

A white wine from Cantina Colosi, made from the Grillo grape and grown in sunny Etna vineyards on volcanic soil. It shows a bright straw-yellow colour, with a bouquet of white flowers, citrus and Mediterranean herbs. The palate is fresh, full and savoury, with balanced acidity and softness, fresh fruit notes and a pleasant finish. It pairs with seafood starters, fish dishes and Sicilian cuisine.
