Colosi Salina Rosato IGP

A rosé from Cantina Colosi, made from Nerello Mascalese grown on the volcanic slopes of Salina in the Aeolian Islands. After low-temperature fermentation, it matures in stainless steel to preserve aromatic purity and vibrant acidity. Pale pink with coral reflections, it has delicate aromas of small red fruits and floral notes, with a harmonious, savoury palate and a clean, persistent finish. It suits seafood dishes, light starters and summer preparations.
