Malvasia delle Lipari DOC - Nurah - Cantina Colosi (50cl)

A sweet dessert wine from Colosi, made from Malvasia grown on the volcanic rocks of Salina in the Aeolian Islands. It is deep golden yellow, with aromas of apricot, honey, white flowers, aromatic herbs and a hint of volcanic minerality. The palate balances sweetness with freshness, showing candied fruit and orange peel over a medium-full body, with lively acidity and a pleasantly persistent finish. Serve slightly chilled. It pairs with blue cheeses, cream or fruit desserts, or can be enjoyed on its own.
