This is a 24 year old Speyside single malt from the Linkwood distillery, bottled by Carn Mor in its Celebration of the Cask series. It was distilled on 16 October 1996 and matured in a single bourbon barrel until it was bottled on 2 August 2021 at 48.6% ABV. The outturn was 191 bottles.
The nose is floral honey with butterscotch and creamy vanilla. On the palate the same richness carries through, with creamy butterscotch and intense sweet spices, leading to a long, delicate finish.
