Carpano Bianco Vermouth (37.5cl, 16%)

Carpano Bianco is a sweet white vermouth from Turin, Italy, in a 37.5cl bottle at 16% ABV. It is built on an aromatic profile of vanilla, exotic fruit and a clean herbal lift. It works over ice with a slice of orange as a classic Italian aperitivo, and in lighter cocktails such as a Bianco Spritz or a White Negroni. The nose offers vanilla, citrus zest, white peach and mountain herbs. The palate is soft and rounded, with pear, vanilla, light wormwood and candied lemon. The finish is crisp and slightly bitter, with lingering citrus oil.
