Carpano Dry Vermouth is an Italian dry vermouth from Turin, in a 375ml bottle at 18% ABV. It is crisp, herbal and lightly bitter, made for stirred gin and vodka cocktails where the vermouth should sharpen rather than sweeten.
The nose has lemon zest, alpine herbs, white pepper and chamomile. The palate is crisp and dry, with citrus, juniper, gentian and a light wormwood bite. The finish is clean and slightly saline, with a lingering herbal bitterness.
