A Venezuelan rum from the Carupano distillery, matured for at least 18 years in oak barrels. It is presented in an elegant tube.
Deep amber in colour, it gives aromas of vanilla, toffee, chocolate, ripe tropical fruit and sweet spices. The palate is velvety and rounded, with caramel, honey, tobacco and leather, plus a lightly spicy touch. The finish is long and pleasantly warm.
It is best enjoyed neat at room temperature.
