Carúpano Reserva 6 Especial is a rum from Venezuela, aged for six years in oak casks. It is produced by the Carupano distillery.
On the nose it shows intense vanilla and caramel, with ripe fruit and woody notes. On the palate it is smooth, with a balanced blend of sweetness and delicate spice, plus vanilla, chocolate, tobacco and leather notes.
It can be enjoyed neat or with ice, and also used in premium cocktails. It is presented in a 70cl bottle.
