An añejo tequila from Mexico, made from 100% Blue Weber agave. The agave is brick-oven roasted and fermented extra-slowly, then aged for approximately 14 months in American oak barrels. It is bottled at 40% ABV.
The nose opens with soft caramel and vanilla, followed by sweet cooked agave, gentle oak toast and warm spice. The palate is smooth and rounded, with agave sweetness, vanilla cream, caramel and subtle barrel oak. The finish is medium-long and silky, tapering through vanilla, oak and softly spiced warmth.
