Casey Jones Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey comes in a 750ml bottle from Casey Jones Distillery in Hopkinsville, Kentucky. As a straight bourbon, it has spent at least two years in new charred oak, with no added colouring or flavouring.
The distillery was founded in 2014 by Arlon "AJ" Casey Jones and Peg Hays. It distils in handmade square copper "coffin" pot stills, built to replicate the design of AJ's prohibition-era namesake.
