Casey Jones Small Batch Wheated Kentucky Straight Bourbon is made to Mash Bill 3, a four-grain wheated recipe of 26.5% Bloody Butcher corn, 26.5% Yellow Dent corn, 35% wheat and 12% malted barley.
The two corn varieties together make up more than half of the grain bill. It is a small batch bourbon, aged for a minimum of four years and made by Casey Jones Distillery in Kentucky.
