Cask Masters Inchgower 14 Year Old Single Cask (70cl, 52.7%)

This is a 14 year old single cask Inchgower from Brave New Spirits' Cask Masters range, bottled at 52.7% ABV in a 70cl bottle. It matured in an ex-Oloroso sherry barrique and yielded 285 bottles. It is bottled un-chillfiltered and without artificial colour. The cask gives a combination of beeswax and dark fruit. The nose has beeswax, sea air and sherry-soaked fruit. On the palate are peach melba, sandalwood and flint, with Inchgower's waxy character carrying darker dried fruits and spice. The finish is long, very smooth, maritime and rich.
