Cask of Lindores Bourbon

Cask of Lindores is the first release in a new series of the same name. The whisky was matured exclusively in bourbon casks. The nose is soft and fruity, with red apples and pears alongside sweet vanilla, butterscotch and vanilla custard, plus light citrus. On the palate comes an orchard-fruit character of stewed apples and a little citrus, with good oak notes, a gentle bitterness and fine peppery touches.
