Roundstone Rye is the flagship whisky from Catoctin Creek, a single barrel Virginia rye bottled at 40% (80 proof) in a 750ml bottle. It is never chill filtered.
It is made in a pre-Prohibition style from 100% rye grain that is sourced locally. The whisky has won gold medals in London, New York and San Francisco.
It is usually described as pairing the flavour of oak casks with the spice of the rye grain.
