Catoctin Creek Roundstone Rye Cask Proof is the cask proof version of the distillery's popular Roundstone Rye, a rye whiskey.
It is considered a very special expression of that rye. The whiskey is dark and complex, and unusually smooth for a spirit at its proof.
It is described as having notes of chocolate, tanned leather and tobacco.
