Ceci Otello Lambrusco IGT 200 is a Lambrusco from Emilia-Romagna, made from selected Lambrusco grapes. It has a vivid, bright ruby red colour. The nose offers strawberry and cherry, with delicate floral hints and light spice. On the palate it is lively and harmonious, balancing freshness, acidity and soft tannin, with fine perlage. It works as an aperitif or with Emilian dishes such as cured meats, aged cheeses and rustic first courses.
