Spumante Extra Dry Ceci 1938

A festive sparkling wine from Ceci, founded in 1938, made from carefully selected grapes for freshness and vivacity. It has a pale gold colour with a slight green reflection. The nose shows delicate white flowers and fresh fruit such as green apple and peach, with citrus notes, opening to fresh bread and yeast from cellar ageing. On the palate it has a sweet, soft entry followed by vibrant acidity, with fine, persistent bubbles giving creaminess and persistence. Suited to an aperitif, light starters, fish and seafood, or celebrations; serve at 6-8°C.
