A sparkling red with a bright ruby colour and fine perlage. The nose offers ripe small red fruits such as cherry and strawberry, with a light floral nuance and delicate spice. The palate is slim, with soft tannins and acidity that supports easy drinking. It suits informal dishes, light cured meats, fresh cheeses, pizza and appetisers. Serve cool, around 8-10 °C, in a wide glass; the finish is savoury and ready for drinking. It is intended to be enjoyed young.
