Terre Verdiane Lambrusco Secco dell'Emilia IGT is a sparkling red wine from Cantina Ceci, made from the native Lambrusco grape. Deep ruby red with fine, persistent perlage, it has intense aromas of red fruits such as blackberry and cherry, with light floral notes and a delicate spicy touch. On the palate it is balanced and harmonious, with lively acidity, medium body and delicate bubbles, ending with a long, fresh, clean finish. It suits aperitifs and Emilian dishes such as cured meats and semi-hard cheeses, as well as red meat and rich dishes. Serve at 8-10°C.
