A sparkling rosé from Ceci, produced in Emilia from Lambrusco Maestri grapes. It has a bright pink colour and fine, persistent bubbles.
The nose shows rose, raspberry and strawberry, with a light citrus touch and an intense aroma of fresh bread from the Charmat method. On the palate it is harmonious, with lively acidity balanced by the extra dry style.
It is suited to light starters, fish dishes and sushi, and works well for festive occasions.
