An agricole rum distilled in 1989 and matured for a long time in oak casks. It has a rich, complex aromatic profile with intense ripe fruit, vanilla and a light touch of exotic spices. On the palate, dark chocolate, caramel and tobacco combine in harmony, leading to a long, persistent finish. Serve at room temperature, on its own after a meal, as a meditation spirit, or with dark chocolate.
