A seven-year-old rum distilled in 2015 at Distillerie Bielle and bottled in 2022 by Rasta Morris. This edition is limited to 270 bottles and was bottled at 56.2% vol. after maturation in an ex-bourbon cask.
It combines floral, woody and fruity notes, with aromas of sugar cane, citrus fruits and spices. The well-integrated alcohol supports a balanced interplay of sweet and woody nuances.
