A white rhum agricole from Martinique, made from freshly pressed juice of the single blue-tinged sugarcane variety Canne Bleue. It is distilled in a Creole column still at Habitation Clément in Le François, then rested for roughly six months in stainless steel tanks before bottling at 50% ABV. The rum carries the AOC Martinique designation.
