A Chardonnay from Cantina di Valpantena, grown in Valpantena, a sub-zone of Verona province with variable soils from calcareous to clay. It is made to preserve freshness and aromatic richness, with aromas of white-fleshed fruit such as apple and pear, plus floral and vanilla notes from moderate time in wooden barrels. On the palate it is harmonious, with good structure, pleasant softness and lively acidity. It pairs with fish, shellfish and white meats.
