A Calvados from Normandy, France, aged four years in oak casks. It is made from apples grown at Chateau Du Breuil, fermented naturally and double distilled before ageing. The nose brings mature apple, vanilla, cinnamon and caramel. On the palate it is soft but structured, with mature fruit and sweet spice, leading to a long, warm finish. It can be enjoyed neat after a meal or used as a base for cocktails.
