A rum from Château Du Breuil, matured for four years and presented in an elegant box. It won a bronze medal at the International Wine and Spirit Competition in 2022. It has a light amber colour from ageing in oak barrels. The nose shows vanilla and caramel, with light tropical fruit and sweet spice. On the palate it is balanced and smooth, with molasses, dried fruit, wood and a lingering spiciness. It can be enjoyed neat or in sophisticated cocktails.
