Rum Guyana Aged 2 Years - Château Du Breuil (70cl)

This rum from Guyana is aged for two years in tropical conditions, which accelerate maturation and add complexity and depth. It is light amber in colour. The nose shows lively notes of exotic fruit, molasses, vanilla and spice, from ageing in casks that previously held whisky. On the palate it is soft but well defined, with sugar cane sweetness, spicy tones and a slight astringency. It can be enjoyed neat, on the rocks or in sophisticated cocktails.
