A Trinidad rum aged between three and five years, produced by Chateau Du Breuil. Ageing takes place in selected oak casks that previously held bourbon, giving the rum a bright golden colour and a soft yet intense structure. Vanilla and caramel lead on the nose, followed by ripe exotic fruit and a light spicy note. The palate opens sweetly, then develops sweet spices, toasted wood and a touch of honey, with a notable, warming finish. It can be enjoyed neat, on the rocks or in cocktails.
