Chattanooga – 1816 Reserve Solera Barrel Finished Straight Bourbon Whiskey (75cl, 45%)

Chattanooga 1816 Reserve Solera Barrel Finished is a straight bourbon whiskey in a 750ml bottle, bottled at 45% ABV. It comes from a high rye mash bill, using barrels chosen from the cooler, more humid parts of the rickhouse. The bourbon spends more than two years in a number 4 charred oak barrel, then is finished in a solera barrel, where it is married with older bourbons. Its character is described as soft and sweet, with vanilla and spicy cinnamon.
