Chattanooga 1816 Reserve (75cl, 45%)

Chattanooga 1816 Reserve is a Bourbon from Chattanooga Whiskey, bottled at 45% in a 750ml bottle. It takes its name from 1816, the year Chief John Ross set up a trading post, warehouse and swing ferry on the banks of the Tennessee River, in the settlement that grew into Chattanooga. It is made to a pre-prohibition mash bill, in the style of the hand-crafted whiskey once made in the city a century ago.
