Chica Chida Peanut Butter Agave Spirit (75cl, 32%)

Chica Chida Peanut Butter is a flavoured agave spirit from Tequila, Jalisco, in Mexico, bottled at 32% in a 75cl bottle. It is produced by Piermont Brands. The spirit is distilled from agave and blended with an allergen-free peanut butter extract, so no peanut proteins remain in the finished liquid. The agave base gives an earthy, vegetal side to the nutty sweetness. The nose is roasted peanut with soft caramel and vanilla. The palate is creamy and sweet, with peanut butter, then a mild herbal agave note and a faint minerality. The finish is medium, nutty and warm, with a trace of vanilla.
