A nine-year-old single malt from Chichibu, bottled as Lighthouse. It was distilled in 2014 and bottled in 2023, after maturing in a Bordeaux red wine cask. It was bottled at 62.4% ABV in a 70cl bottle, with 279 bottles produced.
The nose offers ripe fruit, subtle oak, vanilla and the warm sweetness of toffee. On the palate come juicy plums, spicy oak and delicate floral notes. The finish is long, sweet and slightly spicy.
