Chichibu Australia Edition 2025 Single Malt Japanese Whisky (70cl, 52.5%)

Chichibu Australia Edition 2025 is a single malt Japanese whisky from the Ichiro's Malt Chichibu Distillery in Saitama Prefecture. It is a limited release, bottled at 52.5% ABV in a 70cl bottle, made to mark the bond between the distillery and whisky drinkers in Australia. The whisky has a radiant amber colour. The nose is led by ripe orchard fruit, fresh pear, citrus zest and honey, with vanilla pod, gentle spice and a hint of floral meadow. On the palate it is medium to full in body, with caramelised pear, orchard jam, toasted oak, baking spices and honeycomb. The finish is long, with warm spice, gentle oak and a soft hint of smoke.
