Chichibu – Ichiro's Malt Mizunara Wood Reserve (46.5%)

Ichiro's Malt Mizunara Wood Reserve is a Japanese blended malt matured in mizunara, an oak native to Japan. It combines single malts from the remaining Japanese oak casks of the now closed Hanyu distillery, casks from Chichibu, and imported single malts that were also matured in mizunara casks. It is bottled at 46.5% and is non-chill-filtered. The aroma is strongly woody and spicy.
