Chichibu – Ichiro's Malt The First Ten 10 Year Old (50.5%)

This is a 10 year old Japanese single malt from Chichibu Distillery, made under the guidance of Ichiro Akuto. It is the distillery's first official 10 year old release, bottled at 50.5% ABV in an outturn of 5,000 bottles. It won Best Japanese Single Malt at the World Whiskies Awards 2021. The style is described as combining rich oak influence, bright fruit and delicate spice.
