Chichibu – London Edition 2022 (70cl, 51.5%)

The fifth release of Chichibu's London Edition, from the 2022 batch. It is a single malt from the Japanese distillery in Saitama, bottled at 51.5% ABV in a 70cl bottle, and only 1,861 bottles were made. Chichibu opened in 2008 and was the country's first new distillery since Suntory opened Hakushu in 1973. It was founded by Ichiro Akuto, grandson of the founder of the Hanyu distillery. His Ichiro's Malt brand appeared in 2005, and the first Chichibu releases followed under it in 2011.
