Chichibu Paris Edition 2023 is a Japanese single malt bottled for La Maison du Whisky, in a 70cl bottle at 49.5% ABV. The edition was released in 2,100 bottles.
It combines whisky from ex-Bourbon, ex-Quarter Cask and ex-Hogshead casks.
The nose is balanced, with light smoke, pineapple, apple, salted caramel and ashes. The palate is oily, with peat, vanilla, gentle spices, exotic fruit and cereal. The finish is long, with fruit, vanilla, malt and milk chocolate.
