Chichibu – Paris Edition 2025 Ginza Single Malt (70cl, 50.5%)

This is the 2025 Ginza edition of Chichibu's Paris series, a Japanese single malt bottled at 50.5% in a 70cl bottle. It is a blend of whiskies aged from 5 to 14 years, drawing on French oak, sherry, Bordeaux and bourbon casks, with some very peaty accents. The bottles are numbered from #2071 to #2484 and carry a postage stamp graphic in bold colours. Ginza concludes the Parisian journey that Chichibu has pursued since 2018. It is described as having a fine earthy base, precise fruit and racy spices, with gourmet and infused touches.
