Chichibu – Paris Edition 2025 Harajuku (70cl, 50.5%)

Chichibu Paris Edition 2025 Harajuku is a single malt Japanese whisky, bottled at 50.5% ABV in a 70cl bottle. It is a blend of whiskies aged between 5 and 14 years, put together under the guidance of Ichiro Akuto from French oak, sherry, Bordeaux and bourbon casks, along with very peaty casks. Bottles are numbered within a series running from 1243 to 1656. The edition continues a Paris and Tokyo dialogue, with Harajuku lending a pop, colourful character. It is described as fruity and expressive, with fine spices, a controlled earthy touch and a precise finish.
