Chichibu – Paris Edition 2025 Le Marais (70cl, 50.5%)

Chichibu Paris Edition 2025 Le Marais is a Japanese single malt blended from whiskies aged between 5 and 14 years. They were matured in French oak, sherry, Bordeaux and bourbon casks, including some highly peated whisky. It is bottled at 50.5% ABV in a 70cl bottle. The Paris series has paired design with Japanese whisky since 2018. This edition takes its inspiration from the Marais, a district of workshops and galleries, and is numbered from 829 to 1242, with a pop graphic of jagged edges. It is described as balanced, with subtle earthy tension, crisp fruit and chiselled spice, and a finish with infused accents.
