This is the 2025 Paris Edition from Chichibu, a Japanese single malt dedicated to Montmartre and its hill of workshops and cabarets. It is part of a series Chichibu has made since 2018, and this year's label borrows from postage stamp design.
The whisky is a blend of single malts aged 5 to 14 years, drawn from French oak, sherry, Bordeaux and bourbon casks, some of them very peaty. It is numbered from 1 to 414 and bottled at 50.5%.
It is described as lightly malty, with steady fruity and spicy notes.
