Chichibu – Paris Edition 2026 Collection Monet Vert (70cl, 50.5%)

This is the 2026 Paris Edition from Chichibu, in the Collection Monet design, bottled at 50.5% in a 70cl bottle without colouring or chill-filtration. It is a lightly peated vatting of whiskies from 14 casks. The casks were first- and second-fill bourbon barrels, Oloroso sherry hogsheads and new American white oak. The Vert label shows Claude Monet's The Water Lily Pond of 1899. Of 2,484 bottles in total, 414 carry this design, numbered 415 to 828. La Maison du Whisky selected the casks. The nose is fine and smooth, with candied lemon, pear, mirabelle, coconut and pine resin. The palate is delicate and lively, with lemon, apple jelly and candied pear. The soft finish brings coconut, rice pudding, pineapple and chalky minerality.
