This is Chivas 12, a Scotch blended whisky from Chivas Brothers, in a 70cl bottle at 40% ABV.
The nose is soft and balanced, with a mix of wild herbs and white-flower fruit such as peach. On the palate there are heather honey and ripe apples, with vanilla, hazelnut and caramel, and a creamy, subtle texture.
The finish is long and intense, and very persistent.
