Chivas Regal XV is a blended Scotch whisky created in 2018 by Master Blender Sandy Hyslop. The Roman numerals refer to the minimum of 15 years the blend is left to rest.
It is finished in cognac casks, which gives a velvety finish. Chivas Brothers, the company behind it, traces its roots to a grocer's shop opened in 1801.
The finish carries rich sultanas and touches of warm cinnamon.
