An eight-year-old Glen Ord single malt bottled by Chorlton in 2022. It matured in a single first fill ex-Oloroso hogshead and was bottled at 57.9%, with 252 bottles produced.
The nose offers chocolate, raisins, mandarins and a spicy note. The palate is chewy and enveloping, with ripe figs and sweet cherries, and the cask and spirit are well balanced. The finish is long and powerful, with pink pepper, hazelnuts and toasted wood.
