A 22-year-old Speyside blended malt from independent bottler Chorlton Whisky. It is made up of Kininvie with a drop of Balvenie added, which makes it a teaspooned malt.
The nose is light and elegant, with yellow plums and chamomile, and oak and burnt heather honey come through later. On the palate it is clean and fruity, mostly apple and plum, moving to richer stewed fruit and cream in the middle.
The finish carries a touch of liquorice.
