Cierto Private Collection Blanco is an additive-free blanco tequila in a 75cl bottle, made at NOM 1146 in Amatitán, in the Tequila Valley of Jalisco, Mexico. It is made from 100% organic Blue Weber agave, grown without synthetic pesticides or herbicides.
On the nose there is sea salt, lime and Asian pear alongside fresh agave. The palate brings marshmallow, jasmine and linen, with salted lime and just-ripened agave running through to a harmonious finish.
