Clan Denny Mortlach 12 Year Old is a single cask Speyside malt from Douglas McGibbon & Co., bottled at 48%. It was distilled in March 2005 and bottled in May 2017, with 390 bottles filled. It is non-chill-filtered and of natural colour.
The nose is fresh and fruity, with pear drops and sweet malt, and a little vanilla developing. The palate repeats the sweetness, with fruit in syrup rounded off by vanilla and caramel. The finish is medium in length, sweet and malty at first, then drying with light herbal notes.
