Clase Azul Reposado Tequila (75cl, 40%)

Clase Azul Reposado is a reposado tequila made in Jalisco, Mexico, from 100% Tequilana Weber Blue Agave. The agave is slow cooked in traditional ovens for a minimum of 72 hours, fermented with a proprietary yeast and distilled in copper pot stills. It is aged for a minimum of eight months in oak barrels and has an intense amber colour. The flavour brings cooked agave, wood and fruit, with vanilla and toffee caramel that stay in the background. The body is silky and rich, and the whole is very smooth.
